Large villas in the newer masterplanned communities. We take projects here where the scope justifies a full site team.

Villa work concentrated in waterfront and masterplanned developments.
Ras Al Khaimah
Established villa communities on the coast and around the golf developments.
Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain
Considered case by case: distance from our supply chain and crew has to be justified by the size of the project.
