An interior studio since 2013
Balcon Studio has worked in interiors since 2013, with offices in Dubai and Moscow and 500+ completed projects behind it. Villa renovation is what this site is about: the same studio, working at building scale — with a site team, a trade licence that covers construction, and the approvals that come with it.
What we take on
Most villas need several of these at once. They share services, programme and approvals, so they are priced and run as one project rather than as separate jobs.
